A Brief History
Founded in 2007 as a spin-off from Delft University of Technology, VFA Solutions began its journey under the name Virus Free Air, with a focus on pioneering air purification technologies. Initially part of the YES!Delft innovation platform, the company quickly established itself as an innovative authority in the field of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).
By 2010, VFA Solutions had grown from a small R&D initiative into a global leader in air purification. Major milestones followed, including the development of the first ASPRA prototype in 2013, the formation of international partnerships by 2016, and an expansion to multiple continents by 2020. Today, VFA Solutions combines proprietary technologies, in-house expertise, and a commitment to sustainability to deliver impactful solutions worldwide.
